The Certified Mortgage Advisor Program was designed for the financial representative interested in adding mortgage consulting and loan origination services to their financial planning product offerings.
IFG Mortgage will provide a Client Service Representative to assist you in becoming a Tier 1 Certified Mortgage Advisor. You receive compensation by referring your clients, assist in originating their mortgage, and help with the collection of necessary documentation to facilitate the loan approval. By adding mortgages to your product offerings, you will receive revenue year round. It differentiates you from the competition and reinforces your relationship with your clients as the business professional they consult for all aspects of their financial needs.
